But first -what is Cali Craze? This class is a calisthenics-based fitness class—meaning you’ll use your own bodyweight to build real, functional strength and control. Think of it as a mix of strength training, body awareness, and skill work—similar to yoga and gymnastics in how it teaches you to move better and control your body.

👉 What is calisthenics? Calisthenics is a form of exercise that uses your bodyweight to build strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination. It emphasizes body control through movements like pull-ups, L-sits, push-ups, and handstands.
👉 Do I need experience to take this class?Absolutely not! Whether you're a total beginner or just curious, this class is for you. We create a safe, welcoming space for everyone. Come with an open mindset—everyone starts somewhere!
👉 What is the structure of the class? Each class is 1 hour long. Here's the breakdown:
First 45 minutes are focused on strength training using benches, pull-up bars, and other tools to help you work toward your personal calisthenics goals.
The last 15 minutes function like an open gym—perfect for tracking your progress and working on skills in a supportive environment.
👉 What kind of skills will I learn? We work toward measurable, motivating goals like:
✅ L-sits
✅ Frog pose
✅ Handstands
✅ Push-up and pull-up progressions
You’re also always encouraged to bring your own ideas—Jas will help you level up at your pace.
👉 I have a prior injury or limited mobility. Can I still come? Yes! Every exercise is modifiable and we’re here to support you. You know your body best, and we’ll help you find movements that work for you, safely.
