Join us for 6 weeks of exercise, encouragement, and growth. If your goals are to build strength, encourage muscle growth, and raise those PR's in the gym, than this program is for you! Workouts will include a mixture of heavy lift days punctuated by longer rest periods, higher loads, and lower rep ranges. It is encouraged to have access to a gym with equipment like barbells and cable machines during this program (add on our 6-week private training center membership for just $10!). 

 

You'll receive expert guidance on each day of workouts, mobility exercises to keep you injury free, and participate in group check-ins for accountability and encouragement. We're here to #FlexOurPotential in 2025. Can't wait to see all you accomplish as we work through these weeks together!
