Join us for 6 weeks of exercise, encouragement, and growth. If your goals are to build strength, encourage muscle growth, and raise those PR's in the gym, than this program is for you! Workouts will include a mixture of heavy lift days punctuated by longer rest periods, higher loads, and lower rep ranges. It is encouraged to have access to a gym with equipment like barbells and cable machines during this program to be able to complete it effectively. Need a space to workout? You'll receive expert guidance on each day of workouts, mobility exercises to keep you injury free, and efficient warm-ups and cooldowns so you can be in and out of the gym quickly, and with confidence.
